From the start, 吃瓜新闻 has agreed with the view expressed today by the Court, that this case can be 鈥� and should be 鈥� resolved at trial. Thorough and comprehensive analysis of the evidence makes clear that 吃瓜新闻 College does not discriminate against applicants from any group, including Asian Americans, whose share of the admitted class has grown significantly since 2010.
